Available In: Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry & Vanilla. Suggested Use: Mighty One 3000 is a weight gain supplement to be taken in combination with at least three whole food meals per day. The timing of each serving can vary depending upon you meals plans and training schedule. Optimum Nutrition suggests 3 servings per day between meals. This will insure that Mighty One 3000 does not interfere with your consumption of the whole food meals necessary for maximum results. Take one shake 60 minutes prior to training, another shake within 30 minutes after training, and a final shake 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
